2015 Grand Prize Winner

At the age of 24, Sky took home the grand prize award for the BMW Shorties in 2015 with ‘Fish’. Sky’s clever use of crisp visual narration on Chinese conservative family values also won him the awards for Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Sound Design and Best Production Design that year. With the RM 75,000 production grant, he then went on to direct the film ‘Funeral’, a masterful piece which also demonstrates his ability as a director. He is currently a freelance director who works under his own production house, No Stress Production.
